Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
- Be unused or lightly used
- Be in its original condition
- Be returned with original packaging whenever possible
- Not be marked as final sale
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Items damaged through misuse
- Items returned without prior approval
- Personal-use items that are opened or used, where hygiene or safety concerns apply
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hahafeng898@gmail.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.
Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at hahafeng898@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For customer-remorse returns (for example: ordered by mistake, no longer wanted, or changed mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or a damaged item.
Processing Time
Please allow 5ā10 business days after we receive your return for inspection and refund processing. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our return process.
