Thank you for shopping with Prep Ease.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After shipment, standard delivery usually takes 7–15 business days, although actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs inspections, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout. Once your order has shipped, we usually send tracking information by email.

Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and email address are accurate when placing your order. If delivery fails, is delayed, or is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information, the customer may be responsible for any related costs.

If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or shows as delivered but has not been received, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant photos or screenshots.
